Privacy Policy

Effective November 3, 2026 Operated by YKAM LLC, a Florida limited liability company

What personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share and sell it to, and the choices and rights you have.

1Who we are and what this policy covers

Next Chapter Retirement is operated by YKAM LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("YKAM," "we," "us," "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share and sell it to, and the choices and rights you have.

This policy applies to nextchapterretirement.com, its landing pages and forms, our Facebook and Instagram pages, our lead forms on Meta, and any call, text or email with us (together, the "Service").

You can reach us at YKAM LLC, 13810 Destin Beach Ln, Orlando, FL 32827, by email at [email protected], or by phone at +1 (318) 494-8188.

The short version

  • We are a retirement-education resource and a marketing and lead-connection service. We are not an insurance company, we do not issue annuities, and we do not give financial, tax, investment or legal advice.
  • When you request a free review, we sell and share your contact details and form answers with up to 3 licensed insurance agents or agencies so they can contact you.
  • We never send your age, marital status, assets, income or other financial details to Meta or any advertising platform.
  • You can opt out of the sale of your information, stop calls, texts and emails, and ask us to delete your data at any time.

By using the Service you acknowledge this policy. If you do not agree, please do not submit your information.

2Information we collect

We collect only what we need to provide educational content, prepare your review and connect you with a licensed agent.

  • Identifiers and contact details. Name, email, phone number, ZIP code and state, which you provide through our forms or Meta lead forms.
  • Personal details. Age or age range and marital status, which you provide through our website form.
  • Financial and planning details. Investable assets range, income range, type of retirement account (such as a 401(k) or IRA), retirement timeline, how soon you want to act, and your goals and questions, which you provide through our website form.
  • Appointment details. Date and time booked, agents assigned and call notes, from you, our team and the agents.
  • Consent records. Date and time, IP address, page URL and the consent wording shown, recorded automatically when you submit a form.
  • Communications. Emails, texts, call recordings (only where you are told the call is recorded) and opt-out requests.
  • Device and usage data. IP address, browser, device type, pages viewed, time on page, the ad or link that referred you, and approximate location based on IP, collected automatically through cookies and pixels.
  • Advertising data. The ad or campaign you clicked and the lead-form ID, received from Meta.

What we do not want. Never send us Social Security numbers, bank or account numbers, policy numbers, passwords or health information. Our forms do not ask for them. If you send them anyway, we delete them.

Sensitive information. We do not use or disclose information to infer characteristics about you beyond preparing your review and connecting you with an agent. Your age, marital status, assets, income and other form answers are used only for that purpose and are never shared with advertising platforms.

3How we use your information

We use personal information for the following purposes.

  • To connect you with a licensed agent for the free, no-obligation review you request, including matching you to an agent licensed in your state.
  • To review your request, schedule and confirm appointments, and send reminders.
  • To respond to you and contact you by phone, email or text as you have consented (Section 6).
  • To document and verify consent, so we and the agents can prove you asked to be contacted.
  • To check lead quality by confirming your details are real and preventing duplicate, fake or fraudulent submissions.
  • To measure and improve our advertising using cookies and pixels, without sending financial details (Section 5).
  • To improve the site and our educational content.
  • To comply with law, including honoring opt-outs, Do Not Call rules, privacy requests and legal process, and to protect our rights and the safety of others.

We do not use your information to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you, such as approving or denying you for a product. Insurers and licensed agents make any product decisions under their own rules.

If we want to use your information for a purpose that is materially different from these, we will tell you first and, where required, ask for your consent.

4How we share and sell your information

We sell personal information. When you request a free review, we sell your contact details and form responses to licensed insurance agents and agencies in our network, and they pay us for it. They may contact you by phone, email or mail about annuities and other retirement-income insurance products.

How we limit that sale

  • Your information goes to no more than 3 agents or agencies, each licensed in your state.
  • We send only what an agent needs to prepare your review, such as your name, contact details, state, form responses (including age, marital status, asset and income ranges, and goals), appointment details and consent record.
  • Each agent receiving your information must agree in writing to use it only to contact you about your request, keep it secure, honor your opt-outs, and not resell it.
  • You can opt out of future sales at any time (Section 7). We will tell any agent who already received your information about your opt-out.

Agents may contact you. Text-message consent is not shared.

The licensed agents who receive your information may contact you by phone, email or mail about your request, as you agreed when you submitted the form.

We do not share, sell, rent or transfer your text-message opt-in or consent to any third party. Text messages come only from Next Chapter Retirement (Section 6).

Other recipients

We also disclose personal information to the following recipients.

  • Service providers. Companies that work for us under contract and may use information only to serve us, including website and CRM hosting (such as GoHighLevel), email, phone and text delivery, scheduling, call tracking, consent logging, data security and analytics.
  • Advertising platforms such as Meta. Through cookies, pixels and the Conversions API, to measure and deliver our ads. Under some state laws this counts as "sharing" for targeted advertising. We never send financial details or form answers to these platforms (Section 5).
  • Legal and safety recipients. When required by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect our rights, prevent fraud, or protect anyone's safety.
  • A buyer or successor. If YKAM is involved in a merger, sale of assets or reorganization. This policy, or one at least as protective, will continue to apply.
  • Anyone else with your consent or at your direction.

What we never do. We do not sell information we know belongs to anyone under 18, we do not sell sensitive personal information, and we do not share information with anyone not described above.

5Cookies, pixels and advertising tools

We and third parties, including Meta, use cookies, pixels, web beacons and similar technologies on this site to collect or receive information from it and elsewhere on the internet. That information is used to provide measurement services and target ads.

Tools we use

  • Essential and site-platform cookies (GoHighLevel). Keep pages and forms working and count visits. Essential cookies cannot be turned off.
  • Meta Pixel and Conversions API. Tell Meta that a visit, form start or submission happened so we can measure and improve our ads.
  • Form consent logging. Records the time, IP address, page and wording shown when you submit, to prove consent.

What we never send to advertising platforms

Your age, marital status, assets, income, account type, form answers, retirement details or any other financial information. When contact details are sent to Meta to measure ads, they are hashed (scrambled) before they leave our systems.

Your choices

  • Use the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in our footer to opt out of targeted-advertising sharing.
  • We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals from your browser as an opt-out request.
  • Opt out of interest-based ads from participating companies at optout.aboutads.info and optout.networkadvertising.org.
  • Manage Meta ad settings in your Facebook or Instagram Ad preferences.
  • Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some site features may stop working.

We do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals, because there is no common standard for them. We do respond to GPC.

6Calls, texts and emails

Calls. If you check the call-consent box on our form, you agree that Next Chapter Retirement and up to 3 licensed insurance agents may call you at the number you provide, including with automated dialing technology and artificial, prerecorded or AI-generated voices. This applies even if your number is on a federal or state Do Not Call list. We call only between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. in your time zone.

Texts. If you check the separate text-message box, Next Chapter Retirement, and only Next Chapter Retirement, may text you about your request and appointment. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Emails. We may email you about your request and related educational content. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.

Consent is not required to buy anything. You can request a review without giving call or text consent by calling us at +1 (318) 494-8188.

How to stop contact. You can revoke consent by any reasonable means, such as replying STOP to a text, saying so on a call, clicking unsubscribe, or emailing [email protected]. We process your request within 10 business days, usually much sooner, and treat it as a request to stop all marketing calls and texts from us, not just one channel. We also notify every agent who received your information. Agents keep their own Do Not Call lists, so please also tell any agent directly if they contact you.

After you opt out of texts, we may send one final message confirming it.

Recorded calls. Calls may be recorded for quality and compliance. You will be told at the start of any recorded call.

Accurate numbers. Give us only a number you own or regularly use. If your number changes or is reassigned, please let us know.

7Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia and other states with privacy laws, you may have the following rights.

  • Opt out of the sale of your personal information.
  • Opt out of sharing for targeted advertising.
  • Opt out of profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects. We do not do this.
  • Limit use of sensitive personal information. We do not use it beyond what the law allows.
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising any right. We will not deny service or change its quality because you opted out.

How to exercise your rights. Click "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" in our footer, turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser, email [email protected] with the subject "Privacy Request," or call +1 (318) 494-8188.

We verify requests by matching the name, email and phone you gave us. Opt-outs do not need verification. You may use an authorized agent with your signed permission. We respond within 45 days and may extend once by 45 days with notice. Opt-out requests are processed within 15 business days.

Appeals. If we deny your request, reply to our decision with "Appeal" within 60 days. We respond within the time your state law sets. If you are still unsatisfied, you may contact your state attorney general.
